Ok this guy has it in for" travelling criminals."  There are a few English in here and a lot of Turks and some Canadian and foreign emigrants and Rom.  I wouldnt say all are "true Travellers" but you will know by the surnames.  Oh by the way, this site may make you think all travellers are scum but don't let it.  I'm sure you know there are good and bad in everyone.

GIOVANNI L. MITCHELL

DOB: 08/23/1980.
Race: White; Sex: Male; Height: 5’11", Weight: 153 pounds.
Hair: Black; Eyes: Brown.
Associates: Burt, Owens, Rostaholm.

Subjects were arrested by Erie County, New York Sheriff’s Office on November 17, 1997 for shoplifting items at a local J.C. Penneys Department Store.   According to store employees, all four subjects were together and were observed shoplifting items from the store.  They were apprehended as they were all leaving the store parking area in the same vehicle.  

None of the subjects claimed to have identification, and all claimed to be from different states while one female claimed to be from Sweden.

An inventory of the getaway vehicle’s contents revealed ID cards in other names, $16,000 in cash wrapped inside a ladies dress and numerous items in the vehicle trunk which included china, toiletries, clothing and other household items. It is believed that these items came from other stores.

Maria Owens, AKA: Lynn Burt, claimed to be residing at 5070 Ashley Lakes Drive, # 837 in Boynton Beach, Florida. Giovanni Mitchell claimed to be 17 years old and residing at 1121 S.Military Trail in Boynton Beach, Florida. Lee Burt claimed to be residing at 14240 140th Ave. in Tampa, Florida, however supplied a phone number and area code not registered to Florida.

The vehicle used as the getaway vehicle was a blue, 1995 four door Chevrolet Cavalier, bearing New York tags. This vehicle was a rental vehicle.

All were arrested and charged with Retail Shoplifting.  The photographs can be downloaded from this Web Site.  The originator has the photograph of Giovanni Mitchell, as he is considered a juvenile in Florida.
